360 degrees pizza is currently sourcing for a self-motivated and dynamic individual to fill the position of Host/Hostess based in Nairobi.
Role:
Usher customers into the Restaurant, offer menus and ensure they are attended to by herself or the service personnel in a timely manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Keep the customers as comfortable as possible
Meet greet and seat all guest in the restaurant
Act as an intermediary between the kitchen and staff
Monitor the status of each table and provide guests with the menu
Answer phone calls and take reservations
Assist in table clearing as occasion demands
Make reservation arrangements
Qualifications:
Must be adaptable, accommodative and flexible
Ability to work under pressure
Must have the ability to co-ordinate skills; demonstrate good core ethics and values
Must be self –driven and pro-active
Must have the ability to multi-task
Good fluent communicator in English
