Sales Executive

Job description
This a mid-senior executive role that focuses on generation of sales in Nairobi County. A three month training program will be offered to the executive.

Sales generation

Personally contact and secure new business accounts/customers in allocated area zones. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Promote/sell/secure new business from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
Customer visits and sales pitch presentation to prospective customers
Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective customers
Plans and organizes personal sales weekly and monthly plans in order to achieve assigned target

Monitoring and Evaluation

Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Maintain a log of all sales activity results into the CRM system.
Preparing weekly customer service report on a weekly, monthly basis in partnership with field operations manager.
Conducting bi-weekly service review meetings with client on service delivery.
Establish effective and harmonious relationship with clients, be the first contact point for client issues.

Qualifications

Diploma degree required.
1 -2 years experience in B2B sales is an added advantage.
Ability to use Excel efficiently.
Positive attitude and ability to effectively communicate.
