Scratch Printing Supervisor

Job description
Nationality: Kenyans ONLY.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly responsible over Scratch Printing for all the scratch printing machines
Make follow ups for the entire scratch printing process, production work flows and report to the production manager through job engineer frequently.
Shift Planning including assigning printing staff to shifts
Directly responsible for reviewing and justifying reprint requests
Make timely requests for printing resources to the relevant authorities
Supervise the Operations and Performance of Printing Machine Operators
Liaise with Quality Controllers to ensure that all client requirements are met in the final products.
Monitor and report production wastes, ensure accuracy and compliance to delivery timelines
Be responsible in identifying Scratch Printing Objectives, risks and document them as guided
Spearhead the implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 in scratch printing section.
Prepare and provide timely production progress reports to the Technical and Operations Manager and the assistant production manager.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education:

Diploma in Printing Technology or
O- Level Education with 7 Years’ Experience in Scratch Printing

Experience:
At least 7 Years’ work experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Vibrancy in Printing Technologies; Flexo, Offset and Letter Press
