Compensation: Salary plus Commission
Job Responsibilities
Aggressively seek out new business leads, grow new channels and promote company products
Ensure products awareness by all trade partners in respective territory.
Ensure customer and product profitability objectives are met
Monitor and track the sales performance of distributors
Work to achieve distributor sales targets as per company annual plan.
Continuously appraise and report on distributors’ networks, gaps, opportunities.
Prevent stock-outs at distributors site by providing replenishment of the stock on schedule once the order is confirmed.
Assist distributors in formulating their sales plan, promotions, reporting etc.
Ensure timely payment by trade partners of the territory.
Gather and submit market information in the assigned territory supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
Providing regular feedback for current products and future products
Track sales and marketing performance effectiveness of the programs across all segments of the business
Timely preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports as per schedule and required format.
Attributes
Minimum 2 years’ practical sales experience in a similar role
Self-driven, proactive and motivated
Positive, enthusiastic and energetic
Ability to close sales
Worked in team setting
Excellent written and oral communication skills
