Role Summary
This is a great opportunity to take ownership and grow with Kenya’s leading non-bank lender. Reporting to the Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day correspondence with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Send reminders to clients on their loan repayments
Produce daily reports on clients loan status
Schedule meetings between the clients and the Portfolio team
Issues resolutions within 24Hrs
Maintain the Company’s determined collection efficiency
Does this sound like you?
You have a Diploma or a Degree in a relevant course
You build great relationships and are a strong verbal and written communicator in English
You can work and deliver under minimal supervision
You have experience working in a similar role customer oriented role
