Key Responsibilities
Offer administrative support to the HR team
Support Staff Recruitment & Orientation processes including requisite HRMIS management
Employee Records Management
Coordinate key HR processes and procedures; performance appraisals, Training etc
Management of statutory employee’s data for the (NHIF, NSSF, PIN professional Certification)
Process staff ID and medical cards, medical claims and update Finance on the staff to be deducted from payroll
Respond to staff queries
Assist in staff off boarding/ clearance; farewell, process provident forms, exit interviews
Leave management
Generate various HR reports as needed
Qualifications
Degree/ Diploma in HRM
At least 1 Year Experience in a multicultural environment
Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills (verbal, written
Proactive, able to multi-task, prioritize work, meet deadlines & works effectively under pressure
Computer literate with excellent communication skills and a team player
