Job Description
Summary
During the program period the candidates will be trained on Scientific Products (equipment and consumables) sales and service techniques that will enable them to effectively conduct the sales duties
Duties:

Conduct sales calls to market, sell, and service the company’s Survey equipment, Higher education and vocational training equipment, industrial equipment, medical and diagnostic products and services to existing and new customers.
Open new markets and generate sales leads, build business relationships with potential clients through sales planning, forecasting, follow up and convert these activities to sales deals,
Develop genuine and professional excellent working relationships with other related parties in medical and pharmaceutical fields ,
Manage client inquiries by disseminating the right Product knowledge of diverse products and after sale support translating the same to progressive discussions aimed at ensuring sales are generated.
Coordinate customer activities at all meeting as assigned.
Modern management of communications with customers to ensure problem resolution and correct follow up to assure customer satisfaction
Market intelligence on customer preferences, competitive activity, changes in markets trends, distribution, and pricing.
Effectively utilize sales collateral to support promotional and regional needs
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and rolling out remedies for continuous improvement of service

Requirements

One should have a degree or diploma or an equivalent in biological sciences Nursing, Basic Sciences, Radiology, Imaging, Engineering, Analytical Sciences
Recent graduates with keen interest in sales and marketing of Medical and other scientific products are encouraged to apply
One has to be street smart – persistent, inquisitive, sociable and easy to get along with people of different personalities, ages, carders and races among other differences.
Exceptional professional presentation and communication skills with correct attitude and willingness to learn with an ultimate commitment to delivering results,
A person with persuasion, planning and analytical skills who is aggressive and self driven with prospects of being trained to sell,
A confident, patient and a mature person with good interpersonal skills
A person of high integrity with a reputable character and background
Ability to work and travel out of the official work hours like weekends and evenings that is travel fits your lifestyle.

Remuneration
An agreed upon package of Kshs 20,000.00 with additional competitive gross commissions will be offered to the best candidates among other benefits.
