Job Description and Person Specification: Critical Care Nurse
The Critical Care Nurse will be responsible for providing high quality nursing services in the Critical Care Unit and support emergency response in other hospital departments. He/she will be expected to provide safe critical/emergency nursing services and ensure infection prevention protocols are maintained at all levels. He/she will work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure delivery of quality critical and emergency health services to patients at the Hospital.
Qualifications, Skills & Essential Experience:       

KRN/M, KRCHN, BSCN.
Post – basic training in Critical Care Nursing.
Registered and licensed with the Nursing Council of Kenya.
A minimum of 5 years working experience, 1 year of which must be in a Critical Care/Emergency Department.
Good organizational, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate.
Ability to lead and mentor others.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
