Job Summary
CCL is looking for a dynamic, agile, flexible and discreet personal assistant for our client. The individual will be tasked with the duties of setting up and managing the office effectively and efficiently.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
Experience Level: Mid level
Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description

Job Roles

Acting as a first point of contact; dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Managing diaries and appointments, often controlling access to the Director.
Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines
Compiling and preparing reports, minutes, presentations and correspondence
Setting up and managing databases and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Collating and filing expenses
Any other duties as may be assigned by the Management from time to time such as run shopping errands etc for the Director.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations or other relevant studies.
Experience in an Administrative position in a startup company preferred

Able to act in a calm and professional manner
Excellent computer and administration skills
Posses a flexible ,agile and adaptable approach to work
The ability to use own initiative tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information
Able to drive and possess a driving licence- not mandatory.
