Job description
Be a strategic, thought leader in the Compliance space.
Reporting into the Chief Executive you will be accountable for developing and implementing the overall strategy, framework, policies and processes in the Compliance function. The role ensures that proactive oversight, support and guidance is provided to management in all areas of Compliance across the organisation. You will be facilitating and enabling leaders in meeting their Compliance objectives.
To be successful in the role you will need to be a seasoned executive with a minimum of 10 years of management experience in a financial management, technology, risk compliance or governance function. In order to understand and have meaningful impact you will need to have experience working with USAID, CDC or PEPFAR or any other donor funded projects.
Your exceptional stakeholder management skills coupled with your vast experience and exposure to a compliance and risk portfolio will contribute to you being a success in this role.
