We are currently recruiting in Kenya for our client a FMCG company in Nairobi;
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute Activation Plan for Modern Trade, Superettes and General Trade in line with overall strategy through Road shows and market storm activities, sampling plan in school / offices, joint bundling plan with other companies etc.
Develop along with the marketing team, effective communication material for Below The Line and Above The Line communication.
Execute the promotions and merchandising material effectively in the outlets
Develop effective Route to Market Plan for driving numeric growth by Engaging agency / market storm.
Develop Merchandising standards, scorecards, planogram and KPIs in line with MT / GT Heads
Track, monitor, control and share monthly budget spends. vs. planned
Develop and execute training tools for merchandisers, promoters, internal team
Coordinate, manage and review of third party agency
Conduct market intelligence and capture key competitive initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing
5 years Trade marketing experience preferable in an FMCG
