Tasks
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Develop new markets and diversify customer base.
Undertake regular market research to advice management on customer service levels, competitor analysis, market trends and demands forecast.
Spearhead the branding and positioning of brand (s)
Participation in identification of suitable products/services for target customers
Undertake product development initiatives in liaison with the General Manager to respond to market demands
Design and implement sales and marketing communication programs.
Ensure synergy between sales and marketing and the production unit.
Handle the performance management supervision and development of sales and marketing team.
Job qualifications
A bachelor’s degree/Diploma in marketing or communication from a recognized instituition
A member of Chartered Institute of Marketing will be an added advantage
Proven 2 year experience in sales and Marketing of bottled water
MUST have a valid driving licence.
Other skills
Computer literate, knowledge in digital marketing preferred.
Highly organized, self-motivated and an achiever.
