Job Description:
Identification of markets and generation of leads.
Build a sales pipeline and conduct follow ups.
Build relationships with prospective and/or existing customers.
Product presentations and demonstration to potential customers.
Advise customers on best solutions in line with their business requirements.
Negotiation and closure of sales.
Respond to support issues.
Record support issues to service desk.
Submission of daily activity reports and other reports as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in IT, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance
Good Knowledge of various business processes and financial accounts
