Customer Service & Sales Internship
Responsibilities
Provide customer service to all customers
Update data and ensure the integrity of all data .
Conduct sales/marketing and advertising activities as and when needed
Help develop and implement strategic sales plans
Report weekly sales figures Stay current with client needs, competition, and industry trends
Deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective customers with a successful closing rate
Develop and manage customer & agent relationships Evaluate client and customer accounts
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Customer Service,Marketing or related field of study. Experience in customer service or sales would be preferred.
Excellent written English;
Good verbal communication skills;
Good computer skills;
