General Manager

Reporting to the Group CEO, the General Manager manages the hotel to maximize performance, profitability and return on investment as well as ensure guest and team member satisfaction.
He/she must be a brand ambassador for Hemingways Collection and act with the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
To accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function to a very high level, motivate staff to deliver the highest levels ofguest service and work with the Senior Executive team on strategy delivery.
Requirements:

At least 5 years’ successful track record as a General Manager in an upscale branded or independent full service hotel
Strong Operations background required, with some experience in Sales preferred
Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent command of English and the ability to effectively communicate to internal and external guests, vendors, clients and stakeholders
International experience preferred
