ROLE PURPOSE STATEMENT:
To ensure company revenues, commissions and other traffic related transactions are accurately processed, reported and billed for in accordance with the company Accounting procedures, IATA rules and regulations and bilateral agreements.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Co-ordinate with BPO team to trace missing flights.
Co-ordinate with BPO team for resolution of queries.
Revenue Analysis and management reporting.
Any special business requirement.
Ensure that the flown financial journals are successfully interfaced
Contacts BPO support Team on behalf of KQ’s through the request tracker tool and/or email for support issues.
Liaises with various KQ departments and assists Revenue Accounting manager in monitoring financial controls and ensuring efficiency of the Revenue Accounting department.
Liaises with various KQ departments (commercial, operations, and finance amongst others) and communicates relevant information/ requirements for the revenue accounting process to the BPO team.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Completeness and accuracy in processing of traffic documents.

Timely and accurate financial reports.
Timely reconciliation and resolution of processing error queues.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
KCSE Mean Grade B Plain.
Financial/Accounting Qualifications (CPA or ACCA Part I).
Industrial experience.
