Wetlands International Eastern Africa is seeking an experienced Regional Finance & Compliance Officer to provide strategic leadership in finance, compliance, risk management, donor accountability, and financial oversight across its regional operations.
The role will oversee financial planning and reporting, budgeting, grants management, compliance, audits, internal controls, and the continuous strengthening of financial systems while supporting programme delivery across Eastern Africa.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
CPA(K), ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
8–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a senior regional or multicountry finance leadership role.
Proven experience managing donor-funded projects in an international NGO environment.
