Key Responsibilities:
Service Delivery:
Perform beauty treatments, including waxing, nails, hair styling, facials, and other salon services as needed.
Ensure all beauty treatments are carried out tthe highest standards and in line with industry best practices.
Maintain excellent client relationships by providing professional and personalized services.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily salon operations, including appointment scheduling, inventory management, and hygiene maintenance.
Implement policies and procedures tensure efficient and smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and mentor beauty therapists tenhance their skills and knowledge.
Assign duties and supervise staff tensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback timprove service delivery.
Customer Experience:
Ensure clients receive top-tier service and address any concerns or complaints professionally.
Develop strategies tenhance customer retention and satisfaction.
Introduce and promote new beauty treatments and products tclients.
Business Growth & Marketing:
Develop promotional strategies tattract and retain clients.
Maintain an active social media presence and collaborate with marketing teams tboost brand awareness.
Identify opportunities for expanding services and increasing revenue.
Inventory & Supplies Management:
Monitor and manage stock levels of beauty products and equipment.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of beauty tools and supplies.
Liaise with suppliers tprocure high-quality beauty products.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
Proven hands-on experience in beauty therapy, including waxing, nails, hair, and facials.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the beauty industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to train and mentor beauty therapists.
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for the beauty industry.
Knowledge of current beauty trends, treatments, and products.
Proficiency in managing social media marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional certifications in advanced beauty treatments.
Experience in sales and marketing within the beauty industry.
