Technical Sales Executive

Responsibilities.

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the company’s technical products or services, as well as a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their technical challenges and provide solutions that align with the company’s offerings.
Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calls targeted visits, networking events, trade shows, and online research.
Create and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the technical benefits of the company’s products or services to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with product updates, features, and improvements, and effectively communicate these to customers.
Prepare accurate quotes and pricing proposals based on customer requirements and company pricing guidelines.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers while ensuring the company’s interests are protected.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, customer interactions, and revenue projections.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for product development and sales strategy adjustments.
Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science) or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in technical sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
