Key Accountabilities
Sales Management and Business Development
Responsible for sales and Lead Generation.
Account Management Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Developing goals and driving strategy for the business development department. Brand and Marketing Management
Working with the technical team to launch new products.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
Building brand awareness and positioning. Client Management
Interact with existing clients and new clients.
Develop and execute best practice in client management systems.
Develop close relations with clients’ teams, senior managers and other key stakeholders.
Execute and perform activities on new client implementations.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT or related field.
Experience in Business Development, specifically in IT outsourcing services and SaaS.
Understanding of IT outsourcing market trends, competitive dynamics, and client buying behavior.
Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Develop and execute strategic sales plans
Managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Proficient in presentation and proposal preparation skills.
Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
