What we’re looking for:
2+ years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or recruitment consulting
Proven track record of placing mid-to-senior-level candidates in our core sectors
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, market trends, and industry challenges
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with clients across Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia is a plus
