Duties
Champion uptake of the Mpesa Paybill and supporting value added services by regularly sharing leads with the sales teams
Monitor the product performance and life cycle and initiate interventions to sustain growth
Represent the business in the project delivery team for ongoing and future product enhancements
Supporting the management of existing and new products by participating in User Assessment Tests and sanity testing
Handholding sales teams through training
Train merchants on the merchant portal
Liaise with MCR to support acquisition and activation campaigns
Supporting the branch network with product specific escalations relating to complaints
Undertake GL reconciliations and attestations as per the laid-out processes.
Support Product managers on their day-to-day activities
Undertake business and product development activities on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements
At least 2 years’ experience in direct sales
Familiarity with digital collection solutions
Excellent analytical skills, data analysis and visualization
Knowledge of the bank’s operational environment, processes, and procedures to respond to complaints.
