Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Workforce Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet business needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Enhance employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

Requirements:

2+ years experience in recruitment
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
