Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in advertising, branding, digital marketing, and media services.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to potential clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, accounts, digital) to develop innovative solutions for clients.
Conduct industry research to identify trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
Leverage market insights to refine business strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts.
Work closely with leadership to develop new service offerings and refine agency positioning.
Contribute to marketing and brand-building initiatives to enhance visibility and lead generation.
Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and track progress
Prepare reports on business development efforts, revenue forecasts, and key performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
