Key Responsibilities:
Design Support: Assist in creating user interfaces and experiences for digital platforms, ensuring designs align with brand guidelines and best practices.
Prototyping & Wireframing: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to support the design and development process.
User Research: Participate in user research activities — usability testing, surveys, and interviews — to gather insights that inform design decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
Feedback Implementation: Refine designs based on feedback from senior designers and team members.
Other Duties: Perform additional design-related tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design or a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Basic understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and user research methods.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A creative mindset with keen attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
