Purpose of the Position:
You will be responsible for generating company revenue by closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Providing exceptional customer lifecycle management with revenue growth that ensures profitability.

Tasks
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling to ensure weekly customer reordering
Upsell customer orders using a list of curated focus products
Push a product mix to customers to ensure wider basket coverage
Activation of newly onboarded/launched products and services
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, and interests.
Any other lawful duties assigned.
