Sales Executive – Enterprise Broad Band (EBB)

JOB PURPOSE

The Sales Executive – Enterprise Broad Band (EBB) is responsible for driving sales within assigned territories to ensure business growth and customer acquisition. The role involves direct sales, customer engagement, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The Sales Executive will also support marketing initiatives, provide market intelligence, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Customer Acquisition
Achieve and exceed set sales targets. Conduct customer education on Enterprise Broad Band (EBB) products and services. Ensure compliance with customer onboarding and KYC processes.
Sales Performance & Revenue Growth
Drive revenue growth through aggressive customer acquisition and retention. Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance loyalty. Provide first-level support for customer inquiries and escalate unresolved issues.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities.
Provide insights on customer preferences and suggest product enhancements.
Stock & Resource Management
Ensure availability of sales materials and resources in assigned territory. Work with relevant departments to ensure smooth product distribution and availability.
Reporting & Analysis
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance and market trends. Track and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Marketing & Activation Support
Participate in on-ground marketing activations, including roadshows and community engagement. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute brand awareness initiatives.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Understanding of broadband and telecommunications trends is an added advantage.

Relevant Experience:

2+ years of sales experience in broadband, telecom, or related industries.
Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Competencies:

Strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of customer needs.
Resilient and goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong planning and organizational skills.
Customer-centric mindset with excellent time management.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
