We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and help grow our travel business. If you love creating innovative marketing campaigns and closing deals, this role is for you!
Your Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identifying and targeting potential customers through research and networking.
Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.
Conducting market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations
Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations.
Demonstrating product features and benefits to potential customers.
Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully.
Preparing and submitting proposals, quotes, and sales agreements.
Sales Planning & Reporting
Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
Tracking and analyzing sales performance using CRM tools.
Preparing and submitting regular sales reports to management.
Providing insights and recommendations for sales improvement.
Requirements:
Young, energetic, and outgoing personality with a passion for travel & sales.
At least 3+ years of experience of proven performance success in sales (preferably in the travel industry).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
A diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
