The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:-
Should be a graduate from a reputable institution with a degree in Agriculture or related fields.
Should be well versed and conversant with open field planting technology and modern Agricultural practices.
Should have rich and precise knowledge on chemical application, disease and pest control in coffee farming.
Should be conversant with the process of coffee bean production after berry harvest.
Should have excellent managerial skills.
Should be ready to work and reside on the farm.
Should have at least seven (7) years experience in coffee farming from a reputable institution.
