Key Responsibilities
Operational & Technical Support
Provide IT operational and project support for Finacle Core Banking.
Manage production support, proactive monitoring, and technical issue resolution.
Ensure stability, performance optimization, and reliability of Finacle 11x and its associated applications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain system efficiency, upgrades, and compliance with SLAs and internal policies.
System Customization & Integration
Assist developers in customizing Finacle applications, including configuration and parameter settings.
Collaborate with API developers to integrate Finacle APIs with other systems.
Work with Integration SMEs to address technical challenges and ensure seamless interoperability.
Data Migration & ETL Processes
Support data migration projects, ensuring data integrity and consistency during Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
Design, implement, and manage ETL workflows to maintain data accuracy.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed incident records, technical issue resolutions, and root cause analysis reports.
Document and update system maintenance records, user manuals, and operational guides.
Develop training materials (guides, videos, and resources) for onboarding and continuous education of support teams and end-users.
Knowledge & Experience
Technical Expertise
Strong understanding of Finacle 11.x architecture, modules, and functionalities.
Experience in customization and configuration of Finacle applications.
Proficiency in SQL, with experience working on Oracle databases (including Oracle 19c).
Familiarity with database administration tasks such as performance tuning, backup, recovery, and security.
Hands-on experience in API development and integration.
Knowledge of data exchange formats and data migration methodologies.
Expertise in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data integrity.
Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Windows operating systems.
Ability to write automation scripts using Shell scripting and Python.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
Understanding of data security principles and best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Finacle Core Banking Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience with Finacle 10 is acceptable, but Finacle 11x is highly desirable.
