We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a strong background in sales and marketing, and excellent customer relations skills. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing in new business, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and handling food orders and inquiries. This position offers flexibility with a commission-based structure and a retainer, with the potential for an increased retainer based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients, including corporate clients, event planners, and individual customers for catering and food delivery services.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Order Management: Take and manage food orders, ensuring all client requirements are met and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote Senjes Cuisines’ services, including social media marketing, email campaigns, and partnerships.
Lead Generation & Networking: Attend relevant events and build a network of potential clients to drive business growth.
Reporting & Analytics: Track sales performance and report on progress, providing insights and suggestions to improve strategy.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food or hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service focus and ability to manage client relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in social media platforms, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
