Sales Developer Upper Eastern (Thika) Re-advertisement

The Sales Developer will play a critical role in supporting the Trade Sales Executive (TSE) by partnering with Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRS) in the Upper Eastern Region. This position focuses on driving secondary sales execution, product visibility, and collaboration with the marketing team for new product launches. The Sales Developer will be based in Thika, covering Thika and its environs.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Coverage: Ensure comprehensive market coverage for Steam Energy Drink in Thika & environs by actively engaging with local distributors and customers; establish strong relationships with secondary customers to enhance brand loyalty.
Collaborate with Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs) to drive sales
Conduct regular meetings and provide coaching to DSRS for product promotion. Work with the marketing team to implement effective marketing activities.
Maintain optimal stock levels with wholesalers for all product variants. Implement the Wholesale Loyalty Program with secondary customers Prepare and submit timely sales activity and market feedback reports.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related business field.
Proven experience in FMCG sales and distribution, particularly in secondary sales execution (minimum of 2-3 years preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with distributors and customers.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
