Responsibilities
Deploy and maintain new software applications.
Support existing systems and deploy software tools, processes, and metrics.
Implement and present developed applications at client sites.
Work with the BI team on data analysis and report automation.
Collaborate with product users to enhance existing solutions.
Assist the call center team in resolving system, customer, and service delivery issues.
Engage in continuous research & development (R&D).
Contribute to technical architecture sessions and maintain a scalable software platform.
Participate in system manual creation and documentation.
Assist in tender bid evaluations.
Provide hardware troubleshooting and system administration support.
Conduct customer application training.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering Physics, or a related field.
1+ years of experience deploying Java solutions (Spring Boot/Kotlin).
Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Git version control.
Strong documentation skills and willingness to learn quickly.
Ability to work in a Linux-based environment.
Experience in shell scripting is a plu
