Content Manager

The Content Officer/Manager is responsible for developing and executing QSSG’s content strategy, ensuring a compelling brand presence across digital and traditional platforms. The role involves crafting engaging, high-quality content that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The Content Officer/Manager will collaborate with marketing, sales, and business development teams to align content initiatives with QSSG’s growth and market expansion goals.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Brand Messaging

Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with QSSG’s brand positioning and marketing objectives.
Craft and maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content platforms.
Work with internal teams to ensure content supports business development and lead generation efforts.

Content Creation & Management

Create and manage engaging, SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
Develop compelling storytelling approaches that highlight QSSG’s expertise in human capital solutions.
Oversee the production of visual and multimedia content, including graphics, infographics, and videos.
Manage and optimize content on CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).

Digital Marketing & Campaign Support

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and audience needs.
Support lead generation efforts by creating high-converting landing pages, eBooks, whitepapers, and reports.
Oversee social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and high-quality engagement with followers.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Track and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
Continuously refine content strategies based on data-driven insights and industry best practices.
Conduct A/B testing on content formats and messaging to enhance performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with the CMO, sales, and business development teams to create content that supports marketing and revenue goals.
Partner with external agencies, designers, and videographers for content production when needed.
Support internal communication efforts by providing content for employee engagement and training programs.

Qualifications & Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
A Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Communication is an added advantage.

Experience

3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or brand communications.
Proven track record of managing content strategies, social media engagement, and SEO-driven content.
Experience with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and digital analytics platforms.
Familiarity with human resource, recruitment, or consulting industries is a plus.
