We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Florist & Sales Associate to join our team! This role requires someone with a keen eye for floral arrangements and strong sales skills to interact with customers, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Creating gorgeous floral arrangements for all kinds of occasions—weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and more.
Helping customers find the perfect flowers and offering expert advice.
Handling phone and online orders, making sure everything runs smoothly.
Keeping the shop organized, stocked, and looking fresh.
Keeping an eye on inventory to ensure we always have the best blooms available.
Who We’re Looking For:
Some experience in floristry is required
A friendly, outgoing personality with great customer service skills.
Someone who enjoys selling and isn’t afraid to upsell or recommend extras.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills for processing orders.
