These are your responsibilities:

Contribute to and review concept notes, programme, and donor proposals. Audit selected programmes based on agreed criteria.
Lead or provide input on assessments, planning, monitoring, and evaluation exercises (at partner, country, regional, and global levels).
Drive innovation and develop model programmes. Support regional advisors/experts with sectoral expertise.
Engage in relevant international associations/networks and maintain a global network of external expertise.
Advise and support CBM Country offices, and other technical advisors. Develop standards, policies, guidelines, and tools.
Represent CBM in international alliances and forums to promote Inclusive Education in international development.

These are your qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Inclusive
Education Experience in Disability-inclusive Development
Proven experience in advocacy and networking with governments and key stakeholders
Experience in designing training programs
Knowledge of key players and stakeholders in Inclusive Education at global, regional, and national levels
Experience in developing strategic plans, policies, or curricula (advantageous)
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Identification with the Christian values and mandate of CBM.
