In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicle service and repairs across all Isuzu EA dealer network is performed to the expected standard through training, upskilling and application of the specified approaches.
Reporting to the General Manager, Field Engineering, Service Operations & Training, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing service operations manual across all dealerships as per Isuzu aftersales and dealer standards.
Carrying out skills, tools and equipment gap analysis across the entire network. In relation to the above, designing and implementing comprehensive capacity improvement plan.
Continuous monitoring and improving service, vehicle service and repair standards across the network.
Formulating and implementing standards deficiency improvement plans.
Conducting dealer audits and closing identified audit gaps as per Aftersales Policy & Isuzu Dealer Standards (IDS).
Developing and updating capacity building curriculum.
Designing and implementing technical and non-technical training programs.
Carrying out prelaunch trainings for new products in liaison with product planning team. Conducting trainings.
Maintaining service operations and training metrics.
We are looking for the following minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Upper second) in engineering.
KCSE mean grade B+.
Seven (7) years’ relevant experience.
Registered graduate engineer with Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK).
Diploma in Technical Teacher Education is an added advantage.
Strong automotive knowledge.
