HR Manager- Outsourcing

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in outsourcing to manage end-to-end HR functions, ensuring seamless workforce management and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for outsourced staff.
Handle payroll processing, statutory compliance, and benefits administration.
Address employee grievances, engagement, and performance management.
Develop HR policies and ensure legal compliance in outsourcing operations.
Analyze workforce data and provide strategic HR insights.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
4+ years of HR experience, preferably in outsourcing or staffing services.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems is an advantage.
