Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement a strategic social media plan to enhance engagement and grow the organization’s online presence.
Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to inform future strategies.
Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Content Creation:
Design visually appealing graphics, write captions, and edit videos to create engaging posts.
Collaborate with internal teams to create content that aligns with the organization’s goals and values.
Manage and organize a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
Campaign Development:
Plan and execute promotional campaigns to raise awareness of events, initiatives, and projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience, at least one year, in social media management and public relations.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Preferred:
Experience in managing publicity campaigns for social impact or non-profit organizations
Familiarity with photography or videography
