Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation for new businesses with key decision-makers.
Relationship Building with prospective clients
Client Acquisition
Market Research & Strategy Development to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
Sales Strategy & Proposal Development to prospective clients.
Contract Negotiation and Closing Deals
Collaboration with Internal Teams for client feedback to improve service offerings.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a PR, marketing, or advertising agency.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Understanding of public relations, media, and communication strategies.
Experience in market research and competitor analysis.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
