Key Duties And Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing teaching and learning materials.
Adherence to the teaching requirements as per the curriculum.
Responsible and accountable in teaching and mentoring students per the laid down procedures at the college
Administration of Continuous Assessments Tests.
Examination Setting, Administration & Marking
Participate in the development and preparation of departmental development plans
Participate in administrative, academic and consultancy activities in the department and other organizations activities
Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
Higher Diploma in Preoperative Theater Technology
At least Three years’ experience in an academic set-up
Registration with TVETA and KSTVET Certification (pedagogy) will be an added advantage
Must possess good presentation skills
Must possess good communication skills
Good time management skills
Innovative and creative in nature
