Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution
At least 1 year experience in sales.
Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, train and mentor a high caliber of intermediaries to acquire non motor insurance business
Motivate, supervise and assist the team of intermediaries in promoting the growth and development of non-motor insurance business Identify markets and introduce the company’s non-motor products to existing and new clients.
