Sales Administrator – Nakuru Marketing & Supplier Relations Manager

Job Description

The sucessful candidate will be tasked with ensuring the distributor’s account is well maintained with proper documentation, communicating price changes, offers and transit status. Stocks management maintaining a week buffer, returns management, hubs management and route ride with the distributor sales team and assist them in pushing our range of products.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate up to date documentation for distributor accounts, ensuring completeness and adherence to company standards.
Regularly update account records including price changes, offers and transit status.
Market returns management.
Ensure full range listing and availability.
Responsible for all marketing activities planned under the account.
Oversee stock levels and facilitate a week’s buffer to ensure product availability at the distributor level.
Collaborate with the sales and logistics team to manage inventory effectively.
Accompany distributor sales teams on route providing support and assistance in promoting and pushing the range of products.
Collaborate with the sales team to devise strategies for better market penetration.
Ensure DSRs training on new products and existing range.
Ensure brand ambassadors targets are set, communicated, and reviewed.
Share weekly ROI reports.
Regularly review and understand individual performance expectations.
Actively participate in scheduled performance review discussions with managers

Minimum Requirements:

Diploma in Business Studies or other related studies
3+ Years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to work and live in Nakuru; residents prefered but not a must.
