As Product Success Manager you’ll be focused on the commercial success of the product; shaping the product, developing the product positioning, and owning the growth strategy for the product. You’ll also be responsible for responsible for managing the credit assessment and approval process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Management
Identify BNPL opportunity and set a comprehensive roadmap that’s informed by data, research, and own discovery.
Designing market strategies for new product.
Formulating and implementing processes, procedures etc., relevant to the product.
Understand client’s needs & Generate leads.
Engaging with customers to ensure their satisfaction, and working on product improvements.
Meeting and exceeding sales goals
Realise revenue and margin targets and maximize sales opportunities through connecting client needs with BNPL offering.
Use CRM to effectively manage the opportunities, pipelines and forecast.
Credit Administration
Conduct credit assessments of potential customers
Evaluate creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits and terms for customers.
Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment and adherence to credit terms.
Review and approve credit applications in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve credit-related issues and minimize risk.
Maintain accurate records of credit transactions and communicate credit decisions to relevant stakeholders.
Provide regular reports and updates on credit performance and trends to managemen.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Foster positive relationships with customers and external partners to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
You have experience working in business and strategic management or an entrepreneurial background.
Proven experience in digital credit administration or a similar role.
You have proven experience in developing new markets, new business development, new brand/product development etc.
You possess sound financial management and strong analytical skills.
You have strong people management skills, and know how to get the best out of your team.
You are resourceful, and are capable of getting work done with limited experience.
You are highly organized and excel at meeting deadlines.
