This is a full-time on-site Salesperson role at Skylab Systems Limited located in Nairobi. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. They will also be involved in product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Other responsibilities include:
Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients, effectively communicating their value and benefits.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to secure sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position the company’s products/services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress towards sales goals using CRM software.
Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.Degree in Sales and Marketing is preferred but not required.
IT knowledge is a plus.
