About the Role: We’re seeking an energetic Sales Representative to join our growing vehicle management company. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with vehicle owners and expanding our partner network.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new vehicle partners
Meet monthly partnership targets
Build relationships with vehicle owners
Conduct presentations and demos
Handle partnership inquiries
Follow up with potential partners
Maintain existing partner relationships
Document all sales activities
Coordinate with operations team
Provide market feedback
Required Qualifications:
2+ years sales experience
Strong communication skills
Basic understanding of vehicles
Relationship building ability
Goal-oriented mindset
Self-motivated
Computer literate
Fluent in English and Swahili
Nice to Have:
Experience in fleet management
Knowledge of ride-hailing industry
Existing network of vehicle owners
Sales CRM experience
Customer service background
