Key Responsibilities
Assisting the IT department in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
Supporting the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues for internal staff and clients.
Monitoring the performance of our tracking software and ensure its smooth operation.
Assisting with network and system administration tasks, ensuring security protocols are followed.
Helping maintain and update the company website and internal platforms.
Participating in testing and implementing new software and technology solutions.
Providing technical support to end-users, including assisting with setup and training.
Assisting with database management, backups, and data recovery procedures. Collaborating with the IT team to maintain system documentation and reports.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking principles.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and common productivity tools.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is a plus. Exposure to database management (SQL, MySQL, etc.) is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
