Role Overview
The Front Office and Customer Service Coordinator at Booch will manage front office operations, customer service, and support key functions, including bottle recycling logistics, inventory management, and office administration. The ideal candidate is a person with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude in fostering a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Office and Administrative Operations:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including opening the office, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and maintaining records.
Customer Service and Feedback:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Environmental Sustainability Programs:
Champion bottle recycling initiatives and sustainability programs, coordinating logistics and maintaining accurate records.
Inventory and Logistics Management:
Reconcile inventory, oversee product dispatch, and coordinate delivery routes to ensure efficient distribution.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
