The Direct Sales Executive will have the following key responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our media and advertising solutions and their unique value propositions.
Set and achieve ambitious sales goals aligned with company objectives.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Customer Engagement
Identify, research, and generate leads for potential clients.
Initiate and maintain contact with prospective and existing customers through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Proposal and Reporting
Prepare, customize, and send compelling proposals and quotations to clients.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and results.
Team Collaboration and Support
Work closely with the Director and the Head of Sales and Marketing to support departmental goals and objectives.
Actively participate in sales team meetings to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
Attend networking events and industry groups to expand the company’s reach and establish new business opportunities.
Compliance and Communication
Adherent to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Communicate effectively and with integrity, ensuring professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
Proven experience in direct sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of media and advertising or a related industry is an advantage.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in preparing proposals and quotations.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
