Human Resources Manager

Requirements and skills:

Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and/or
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
A Member of IHRM in good standing
Proven Managerial experience with at least 5 years-experience in a 4/5 Star Hotel.
Strong background in Employee Relations, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition & Retention, Compensations & Benefits, Employment Law and Compliance.
Excellence in Administration, Payroll & HR Systems
Great interpersonal skills with excellent analytical problem solving and communications skills.
A people’s person.
